13.The parties will be released from their responsibility for partial or complete non-execution of their liabilities under the present contract, should this non-execution be caused by the circumstances of force majeure, namely: acts of God, war, ban of export. The party which is unable to fulfill its obligations is to inform immediately the other party. The duration of circumstances of force-majeure shall be certificated by the Chamber of Commerce of the party`s country. Should the durations of the above circumstances exceed more them 6 months each party shall have the right to terminate further performance of their obligations. The Sellers are obliged to immediately reimburse the Buyers for all the amounts received from later under present contract plus 3 % per annum.
